Strawberry Raffaello cake

Cut the cooled sponge cake in half horizontally twice, place the bottom part on a cake plate and surround it with a high cake ring. Pour in half of the cream, place the middle cake layer on top, spread the second half of the cream on top and finish with the last cake layer. Now let the cake cool for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).
For the topping, whip the cream until stiff, spread it all over the cake and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Garnish with Raffaello and fresh strawberries.
