Ingredients
For the sponge cake:
75 g Butter
6 eggs at room temperature, size M
150 g Zucker
1 pinch of salt
100 g Mehl Type 405
50 g cornstarch
1 pack of bourbon vanilla sugar
For the filling:
400 g Erdbeeren
500 g Mascarpone
400 g Sahne
2 packs of Bourbon vanilla sugar
2 Pck. Stagesteif
For the topping:
100 g Erdbeeren
2 tbsp chopped pistachios
Instructions
To make the sponge cake, we start by preheating the oven to 160 degrees top and bottom heat. Then we line a cake tin with baking paper and lightly grease the edges with butter.
