Strawberry cube

Dissolve 1 tablespoon of gelatin in 30 ml of hot water. Set aside to cool.
Whip the cream with powdered sugar until stiff. Then pour in the cooled gelatin. Finally, add finely chopped chocolate to the mixture. Mix everything gently with a spoon until combined.

Pour the mixture onto the cake and add another layer of strawberries. Place the dough in the fridge for an hour.
Dissolve the strawberry jelly in 400 ml of hot water. Set aside to cool.
Pour the slightly thickening jelly on top of the cake and put the whole thing back in the fridge, preferably overnight, until it is completely set.
