Strawberry cake with vanilla sauce – Very creamy, very tasty

While the dough is baking in the oven, bring the milk and the cream pudding to the boil (add sugar to taste, approx. 6 tablespoons). Fold in the sour cream and sweeten again (approx. 2 tbsp). Spread the mixture onto the cake base and bake for another 10 minutes.

Wash the strawberries, pat dry and place on the slightly cooled cake.

Make the cake icing according to the package instructions.

Sprinkle the cake with a little sugar and cover with cake icing. Let cool down.
