Strawberry cake with pudding and strawberry glaze from the tray

Ingredients

For the sponge cake:
2 eggs size M
1 pinch of salt
1 pack of vanilla sugar

80 g sugar
170 g flour
2 teaspoons of baking soda
80 ml carbonated orange soda

For covering:
200 g strawberries
For the vanilla pudding:
500 ml milk
2 egg yolks

40 g corn starch
70 g sugar
1 tsp liquid vanilla extract
200 g cream cheese
50 g crème fraîche or additional cream cheese

For the strawberry glaze
4 sheets of gelatine 7 g
400 g strawberries, fresh or thawed
1 tbsp lemon juice
50 ml water
1-2 tablespoons sugar
