Straciatella cake with strawberries immersed in jelly and cream with chocolate pieces. A light, delicate dessert perfect for summer.

The bottom is a fluffy sponge cake, which you can lightly soak, e.g. with water with a bit of lemon and sugar. Then a cream based on cream and yogurt with the addition of grated dark chocolate. The cream is delicate with noticeable chocolate particles that go well with the taste of the fruit.
