Spoon zucchini cakes: quick and easy to prepare!

All-purpose flour
140g / 1.12 Bags
milk
60 ml / 0.25 cup
Backpulver
1 teaspoon
Grated cheese
40 g
Ham
50 g
Salt
Pfeffer
oil

Instructions

Using the coarse side of the grater, grate the zucchini into a shallow bowl.
Add cheese, salt and pepper to the eggs. Mix until well combined.
Add baking powder and flour and then pour in the milk.
Mix the ingredients with a spoon until a thick dough forms.
Add zucchini and cooked ham.
Dip two spoons into the oil to heat it.
Use spoons to add the doughnut batter into the hot oil.
Fry until cooked through and golden brown.
