Sponge cake

6. Place oblong sponge cakes on the mass and soak them in coffee beforehand.
7. Place the chocolate mixture on top of the sponge cakes and then add the sponge cakes previously soaked in coffee.
8. Combine the chocolate with the whipping cream in a water bath. Spread the prepared icing onto the cake.
9. Place the cake in the fridge until it hardens completely.
