Spicy Penne Pasta

Directions:

Cook penne pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Reserve 50ml of pasta water before draining.
Sauté onion in olive oil until translucent, then add garlic, cooking for another minute.

Stir in tomato paste and red chili flakes, cooking for 2 minutes.
Add heavy cream, allowing the sauce to thicken upon simmering.

Melt grated cheese into the sauce, then combine with cooked pasta and reserved pasta water, ensuring the pasta is evenly coated.

Serve hot, optionally garnished with more cheese or fresh herbs.
