50 g of speculoos biscuits
40 g caster sugar

1/3 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon vanilla powder
1/2 teaspoon of speculoos spices or cinnamon
4 eggs

600 ml of milk
45 g of neutral oil
For garnish
