Ingredients
500 g potatoes
2 onions
150 ml olive oil
4 eggs
1 tsp salt
pepper
Instructions
First, peel the potatoes with a vegetable peeler and cut them into pieces about 1×1 cm in size. If the pieces are too big, the tortilla de patatas will not hold together and if they are too small, they will fall apart when frying.
Peel the onion and cut it into fine cubes.
