For the cream, beat the cream until stiff. Mix the curd, yoghurt, vanilla sugar, lemon juice and powdered sugar. Soak the gelatine, dissolve it and beat it into the cream. Fold in the cream.
Spread cream on the floor. Puree the strawberries, sweeten them and add them to the cream. Pipe “spaghetti” out of cream using a piping bag. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings and cool.
