spaghetti ice cream sheet cake recipe

This spaghetti ice cream sheet cake is a real treat for all the senses and a guarantee for enthusiastic looks and satisfied palates on every occasion.

INGREDIENTS

For the dough:

2 cups sugar
1 cup oil (e.g. sunflower oil)
2 packs vanilla sugar
4 eggs
3 cups flour
1 pack baking powder
1 cup mineral water

For the cream:

500 g low-fat quark
500 g cream yogurt
1 cup cream

tablespoons lemon juice 2 packets vanilla sugar
100 g powdered sugar
3 sheets of gelatine

Aside from that:

300 g strawberries (frozen or fresh)
powdered sugar or sugar as needed
100 g white chocolate shavings

INSTRUCTIONS

For the dough, mix sugar, vanilla sugar and oil. Stir in eggs one at a time. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in. Add mineral water and pour onto a tray. Bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes and let cool.
