Sourdough rolls with nutella

Cover with transparent foil and leave in a clean container to rise for approximately 1 hour.

Divide the dough into 3 parts

Work it a little with your hands and leave it for another 10 minutes to rise.

Cover the dough with a clean cloth or transparent film.

After 10 minutes, roll out the dough.

Shape the rolls into the shape you want.

Spread with nutella and sprinkle with finely chopped almonds if desired.

Place on a sheet covered with baking paper.

Cover again with a clean cloth and leave to rise for 15 minutes.

Then coat with milk and bake for 15-20 minutes at temp. 175 °C

Cool the baked rolls and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Heat the nutella and decorate the rolls with nutella.
