Sourdough rolls with nutella

introduction

I don’t often make puff pastry, but I just had to try these rolls.

They are very tasty and easy to prepare.

I used fresh yeast in combination with baking powder so that the dough rose quickly.

The dough is made without eggs.

Of course, there is also the inevitable Nutella. I filled the rolls with snow and chopped almonds.

Of course, you can fill the rolls with the spread you like.

ingredients

Risen dough:

850 – 950 gr firewood type 405

500 ml of lukewarm milk

225 ml of sunflower oil

1 package of fresh yeast 42 gr

1 baking powder

5 tablespoons of powdered sugar

1 pinch of salt

To fill:

16 small scoops of Nutella

100 g of finely chopped almonds

Also needed:

100 ml of milk to coat the rolls

Powdered sugar for sprinkling cold rolls

1 – 2 spoons of warm nutella for decoration

Preparation:

Pour one part of warm milk into a deep, clean container.

Add 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and fresh yeast.

Stir to dissolve the yeast.

Then add oil, remaining milk, powdered sugar,

pinch of salt and baking powder.

You add flour spoon by spoon while constantly mixing. I used a Kitchenaid, which made mixing easier.

You add flour until you get a smooth dough that does not stick to your hands.

I needed about 860 g of flour.

Work the dough with your hands at the end.
