Soft yogurt cake: the simple and delicious recipe

Ingredients:

For the dough:
3 eggs
75 g of sugar
1 pinch of salt
125 ml of sunflower seed oil
75 g of yogurt
175 g of semolina flour
5 g of baking powder
For the filling:
500 g of cream cheese or ricotta
85 g of sugar
5 g of cornstarch
2 eggs
For the syrup:
175 ml of water
175 g of sugar
30 ml of lemon juice
