Soft chocolate squares: the delicious recipe that everyone will love

Preparation:

1. Mix the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, yeast, bicarbonate of soda.
2. In a saucepan, melt the chocolate with milk and butter.
3. Now beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and sugar.

4. After sifting, mix in the powders. Then add the chocolate mixture.
5. Pour the dough into a square mold lined with baking paper.
6. Bake at 180° for 25-35 minutes. Then let the cake cool.
7. In the meantime, prepare the ganache: chop the dark and milk chocolate, then add the cream and softened butter.
8. Melt in the microwave or in a bain-marie and stir well.
9. Pour the ganache over the cake and cover well.
10. Place in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
11. Cut the cake into squares and decorate with chocolate flakes and cocoa powder.
