Soft apple swivel: the recipe for an easy and fragrant dessert

Ingredients:

For the dough:
200 ml lukewarm milk
300 g bread flour
200 g cake flour

1 egg
80 g seed oil
Grated lemon zest
100 g sugar

1 cube of fresh brewer’s yeast
1 vanillin
Half a spoon teaspoon of salt

For the filling:
2 or 3 apples
Cinnamon
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon apricot jam

For decoration:
1 egg yolk + a little milk
Grains of sugar
