Soft and Tender Homemade Cookies – Delicious Jam Cookies – Step by Step Recipe with Pictures

preparation:

Mix butter with castor sugar, vanilla, salt and oil.
Add the eggs, then add the sifted flour together with the baking powder.
We knead a homogeneous dough that we divide into 3 equal parts and wrap them in foil.

We spread the first piece of dough on a piece of baking paper.

Place the jam on one side and fold as shown in the image below.

Portion the cookies and place them on a tray lined with baking paper. We do the same with the remaining dough.
Put the pan in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. After baking, dust them with powdered sugar.
