Soft and delicious fasting cake – The recipe I use most often – No milk, no eggs, no butter

preparation:

Put the orange juice in a bowl, add the vinegar, bicarbonate and mix well.
We incorporate, one by one, the oil, sugar, a pinch of salt, orange peel and turmeric.
Separately, we mix the flour with the baking powder, after which we sift this mixture into the other composition, in several installments. Mix well so that no lumps remain.
Mix the cocoa powder with 50 g of orange juice. Add 1/4 of the prepared dough and mix.
We incorporate the raisins into the white dough. Grease a tray with oil and transfer the two types of dough into it.

Place the cake in the preheated oven at 170 degrees C for 50 minutes.

Let it cool for a few minutes, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
