Sponge cake – black cream – a row of petit biscuits soaked in milk – yellow cream – whipped cream – sprinkle with coconut.

Make it a day earlier, it has to lag a little. I cover the pan with cling film, then the next day I put whipped cream on top and sprinkle coconut. Keep in the fridge, serve

Serving

The cake can be made in the form of a cake (26 cm), then when stacking, put another row of petit biscuits on top of the white cream, only then cream and sprinkle with coconut!
