Snickers Snack Cups

Instructions

FIRST STEP:
Using a standard muffin pan, line each cup with a cupcake liner

Using a microwave safe bowl, pour the chocolate chips in and heat on 30 second intervals, stirring in between each cycle

Place one tsp of melted chocolate at the bottom of each cupcake liner and spread evenly

SECOND STEP:
Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator

In a microwave safe bowl, add the water to the caramel bits

Heat on 30 second intervals, stirring after each cycle

Stir in the chopped nuts

THIRD STEP:
In a small mixing bowl combine the peanut butter and the confectioners sugar

Remove the tray from the refrigerator

FOURTH STEP:
Add 2 tsp of peanut mix to each cup

Spoon 1 tbsp caramel mix to each cup

Cover each with two tsp of the melted chocolate

Place the tray into the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.
