Snickers cake that melts in your mouth! Simple and very tasty

PREPARATION:

Heat the oven to 180°C. Grease a 20 cm diameter baking sheet and set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar and a pinch of salt for 10-15 minutes until they become foamy.
Gradually add vegetable oil and milk.
Sift flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Gently fold in the egg mixture in two batches to prevent the batter from deflating.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool down.
For the peanut caramel layer:
Melt the sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until it turns amber. Carefully add the butter, cream and salt. Blend until smooth.
Add the roasted peanuts to the caramel mixture, mix well and set aside to cool a little.
For the cream cheese frosting:
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
assembly:
When the cake has cooled, spread the peanut butter evenly over the top.
Cover the caramel layer with cream cheese frosting. Put the cake in the fridge for 2-3 hours to set.
For the chocolate topping:
Melt the milk chocolate and mix with the vegetable oil until smooth.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the cooled cake, towards the edges.
Sprinkle chopped roasted peanuts on top. Cool the cake for another 10-15 minutes to set the chocolate.
