SNICKERS CAKE: A REAL PLEASURE FOR THE TALES

Cut the baked dough lengthwise into two crusts. Beat egg yolks and sugar, add pudding and a little milk. Bring the rest of the milk to a boil, then cook the filling.

Leave to cool. Beat the foamed butter and powdered sugar, then add the filling one spoonful at a time, beat well and divide it into two parts. Mix melted milk chocolate in one part and chopped snickers chocolate bars in the other.

Fill: crust – first filling – second filling – crust – first filling – second filling. Decorate the cake as desired with whipped cream or chocolate.
