Roll out the puff pastry on a clean work surface.

Place the second roll of puff pastry on the rolled out dough

roll them around each other. Place them in the fridge for an hour.

In a large mixing bowl, mix together the egg, egg yolk, sugar, cream and milk. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

Cut the dough into slices

Press it into the molds

Place the shaped dough into a paper cup, which is placed in a muffin tin.
Step 7
Pour the egg cream into the pastry cases.
Step 8
Bake at 210°C for 23 minutes. Serve.
