Simple hazelnut loaf cake

Description
A delicious hazelnut cake is a must at any party – at least that was the case in the 80s. Back then, however, they were all ready-made cakes. Today, of course, they are “homemade” 😉

Ingredients

For the dough:
240g butter (or margarine)
150g whole cane sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 eggs (M)

260g spelt flour (type 630)
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
120 ml oat drink
200g hazelnuts, ground
50g almonds, ground (or more hazelnuts)

For decoration:
150g hazelnut glaze
some chopped hazelnuts
