Ingredients
For the batter:
300 g soft butter
150 g sugar
2 packets of vanilla sugar
5 eggs size M
300 g flour type 405
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cocoa
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
125 ml mulled wine
100 g chopped almonds
150 g grated dark chocolate
For the punch glaze:
200 g icing sugar
about 4 tablespoons of punch / mulled wine
Instructions
Preparation: Line the baking pan with baking paper. Preheat the oven. Top and bottom heat: 180 °C
