Shepherd’s pie recipe: how to make it perfect!

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 black pepper
1 spoon teaspoon rosemary

1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 cups beef stock
200g carrots
200g peas 1.5g

potatoes
1 tablespoon butter
120ml milk
1/4 cup cheddar cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 black pepper
egg yolk
