Seductive cherry quark cake with Amaretto

Ingredients:

For the shortcrust pastry:
100 g butter, soft
1 No
200 g flour
75 g sugar
1 teaspoon Baking powder
For the quark filling:
125 g butter, soft
150 g sugar
1 pinch of salt
4 Owner
1 kg low-fat curd cheese
4 tablespoons of milk
3 EL Griess
2 packets of vanilla pudding powder
4 THE Amaretto
For the cherry topping:
500 g cherries, pitted
400 ml Kirschsaft
1 packet of vanilla pudding powder (optional: additional 1-2 packets of vanilla sugar)

Preparation:

Make shortcrust pastry:
Make a shortcrust pastry from 100 g butter, 1 egg, 200 g flour, 75 g sugar and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. To do this, knead the ingredients into a dough and wrap it in cling film and place it in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
