Preparation

Add the eggs and milk to a mixing bowl and mix. Add grated cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and parsley and mix well.

Add flour, baking powder and salt in a controlled manner and knead a soft dough. Cover and let stand for 15 minutes.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut into strips with a point.

Fry it on both sides in plenty of hot oil.

Let’s eat it while it’s hot.
