Ingredients
For the pie crust
1 cup + 1½ tbsp all purpose flour, divided
½ tsp salt
4 oz cold unsalted butter, cut into ¼-inch cubes
2 tbsp ice water
For the caramel
½ cup glucose or corn syrup
1¼ cups sugar
1.5 oz (3 tbsp) unsalted butter, cut into small cubes
1 cup + 1½ tbsp original Silk soy milk creamer, warm
6.5 oz peanuts, toasted
sea salt, for sprinkling
