Salted Caramel Cheesecake with Oreo Crust

Salted Caramel Sauce
1 cup Sugar
⅓ cup Water
½ cup Butter
¾ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
½ teaspoon Sea Salt

Instructions

Oreo Crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Butter all sides of a 10” springform pan.
Melt butter in a microwave-safe dish. Add crushed cookie crumbs and pour melted butter over the top and stir. Press cookie crumbs into the bottom of the springform pan.
Bake crust for 10 minutes in the oven. Remove and allow to fully cool.
