Advice
If you like, you can replace the lemon juice with orange or lime juice or add a little grated ginger root to give the dish a fresh and pleasantly spicy aftertaste.
If you like, you can season the fish with a pinch of curry or turmeric, or if you have gluten-intolerant guests, you can try a gluten-free version that uses rice flour instead of soft wheat flour. Alternatively, for a lighter version that is suitable for everyone, you can simply cook the salmon steaks on the grill and drizzle them with lemon juice after cooking.
We recommend eating the scallops hot and fresh, but if you have any leftovers, you can store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a maximum of one day .
