Rustic puff pastry: the recipe for delicious and tasty appetizers

Cut the Emmental cheese into sticks about 1/2 cm wide1.

Roll out the puff pastry with all the baking paper on the work surface and cut it into 4 equal-sized rectangles using a smooth cookie cutter.2.

The rustic puff pastry can be kept in the fridge in an airtight container for a maximum of 2-3 days . Alternatively, you can freeze it before cooking in the oven or bake it afterwards when needed.
