ROLL WITH MANDARINS

Ingredients

Biscuit

– 5 eggs
– 5 spoons of sugar
– 5 spoons of flour
– 1 spoon of cocoa
– 1 pp
– 2 spoons of tangerine juice
Cream
– 4 dcl of milk
– 1 egg yolk
– 1 bag of pudding
– 5 tablespoons of sugar
– 1 tablespoon of thickener (you can also use soft flour)
– 15 dag of butter
– 6-7 tangerines

 

Preparation

Mix the egg whites with 1 tablespoon of sugar and a pinch of salt.

Mix egg yolks with sugar until foamy. Add mandarin juice.

Mix the flour, cocoa powder and cocoa and sift it, and gradually add it to the yolk, alternately adding the egg white.

Cover the tray with baking paper and pour the dough and bake in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes at 180°

Wrap the baked biscuit in a damp cloth.

For the cream

Put 3 dcl of milk to boil.

In the remaining 1 dcl of milk, mix 1 egg yolk, 1 vanilla pudding, sugar and one tablespoon of thickeners, and add to the boiling milk.
