Ricotta crumble cake: the recipe for a creamy and delicious dessert

Directions:

Mix the flour, baking powder and butter in a bowl. Then mix with your hands until a crumbly mixture forms.
Add salt, sugar, egg and sour cream.

Cut the dough into two pieces, wrap in plastic and freeze for 20 minutes.
For the filling: Mix the ricotta, egg, sugar and vanilla until smooth and even.
Set aside, whisk egg whites and gradually add sugar.

Spread half of the batter onto the bottom of a cake pan and press it flat with your hands to form an even layer.
Then fill with the ricotta mixture and the meringue.

Now grate the second half of the dough to create a crumbly surface.
Bake at 160° for 40-45 minutes.
Decorate the brush with condensed milk and coconut flour
