Refreshing No-Bake Banana Split Cheesecake

Instructions:

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form a crust. Let rest in refrigerator while you prepare filling.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

In a separate bowl, whip the cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled base.

Distribute the crushed pineapple, sliced ​​strawberries and banana slices evenly over the cream cheese layer.
Add a dollop of whipped cream and then drizzle with chocolate syrup.
Garnish with additional banana slices, cherries and chocolate chips.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
