Red Velvet Cheesecake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

¾ cup vegetable oil
1 cup buttermilk
2 large eggs
¾ tablespoon red gel food coloring

1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ¾ cups cake flour
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt

Cream Cheese Frosting
8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
1 cup butter room temperature
5 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
