Recipe with pictures, step by step – Soft and creamy homemade cake, very very delicious – It tastes divine, it’s super super good!

preparation:

For the topping , break the eggs in a bowl. We add a pinch of salt, the sugar and mix until we get a foamy and light-colored composition.
Add the water, then gradually add the sifted flour together with the cocoa powder and the baking powder (use a spatula and circular movements, from top to bottom).
We transfer the dough to a 20 cm tray lined with baking paper. Put the tray in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
After baking, remove the ring of the tray, the baking paper and leave the top to cool on a wire rack.
Cut the top into 3 equal parts.
For the filling, break the eggs in a saucepan. Add sugar, starch, vanilla and mix well with a whisk.
Add the milk and put on the fire.
We mix until the cream thickens, after which we take it off the heat. Transfer it to a bowl and let it cool until it reaches room temperature.
Add the butter and mix until smooth.
We syrup the tops with milk, after which we fill them with the prepared cream. Put the cake in the fridge overnight.
The next day, we prepare the glaze . Heat the chocolate pieces together with the butter, mix until smooth and pour over the top. Uniformize and return the cake to the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
