Recipe of the Day: Cake with Cream Cheese, Whipped Cream and Raspberries – An Aromatic and Tasty Delicacy

Method of preparation:

Preparing the Top:
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the salt, sugar and vanilla sugar.
In another bowl, mix the flour with the cocoa powder and baking powder, then gradually add them to the beaten egg mixture.
Combine the milk and oil and mix until you get a smooth dough.
Bake the top in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes.

Preparation of Raspberry Jam:
Place the raspberries and sugar in a pan and simmer over low heat.
Dissolve the starch in the water and gradually add it to the raspberry mixture, cooking until thickened. Leave to cool.
Assembling and Preparing the Cream:
Cut the cooled top into three horizontal parts.
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese with the cream and sugar.
Place a top in the pan and start assembling: cream layer, raspberry jam layer, top, cream, raspberry jam and the last top.
Decorate the cake with raspberries and pour over the gelatin jelly prepared according to the instructions on the package.
Let the cake chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours before serving.
