100 g water (room temperature)

2-3 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
For the cream filling:

50 g sugar
3 tablespoons starch
150 g condensed milk
250g milk
Vanilla extract
For the glaze:
3 tablespoons cocoa
3 tablespoons sugar
3-4 tablespoons sour cream
For assembly:
200 g butter (room temperature)
