Recipe for delicious zucchini roll with cottage cheese filling

Ingredients:

800 g courgettes
3 Owner
2 tablespoons sour cream
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
5 tablespoons flour
200 g cottage cheese
Garlic to taste
3 tomatoes
Fresh parsley
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste


Preparation:

Start by washing the zucchini and then coarsely grating it on a grater. Sprinkle some salt over the grated zucchini pieces and let them sit for about 10-15 minutes to allow the salt to draw excess water out of the zucchini. Then squeeze the zucchini pieces to remove the released water.
