Recipe for crispy carrot sticks with parmesan and peppers

Ingredients

Carrots

Extra virgin olive oil
as much as you need
Sweet peppers
50 grams
Salt
as much as you need
Pfeffer
as much as you need
Grated Parmesan
50 grams
Breadcrumbs
40 grams
Prepare crispy carrot sticks with parmesan and peppers
Step 1
Cut the carrots into sticks on a wooden board and place them in a bowl.

Add a generous splash of olive oil and spread it with your hands.

Then add the sweet paprika powder, salt, pepper, Parmesan and breadcrumbs.
