QUICK SUMMER CAKE – A VERY TASTY AND CREAMY CAKE WITH PIECES OF FRUIT THAT MEL IN YOUR MOUTH… AND IT’S DONE IN JUST 20 MINUTES! SPLENDOR!!

Preparation

1.
Beat sour cream by hand with powdered sugar. Separately, beat 100 g of whipped cream with 1 dl of water and combine with sour cream.

Dissolve the gelatin in a glass of cold water. Heat it on the stove just enough to melt and become glassy. It must not boil. When it cools down a little, add two spoonfuls of cream and beat it with a spoon and then combine it with the rest of the sour cream. This is done so that the temperature of the cream and gelatin would equalize and that no lumps would form.
3.
Line a baking tray or tray (depending on whether you want a round or square cake) with foil. Arrange biscuits that have previously been passed through orange juice on the bottom. .
4.
Put it in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours and maybe longer. When it hardens, put it on a tray, remove the foil and cover it with icing.
