3 .turn on the oven at 250 degrees and put the refractory bowl in which the bread will be baked to heat it
4 .it is not necessary to knead the bread anymore, just shape it depending on what kind of bowl it is.
5 .cover the oven with aluminum foil and bake for 20 min. after that, remove the foil, bake for another 10 minutes and the bread is ready
6 .wrap it in a kitchen towel to rest and cool down a bit
