Quick cheese pie melts in your mouth and is even better than the one from the bakery

Dressing:

– 150 ml of oil
– 150 ml of milk

preparation:

1. Mix oil and milk to make a dressing.
2. Spread the first crust and cover it with the topping. Fold it over with another crust and cover it with the topping as well. Add the third crust, spread the cheese on it and roll it up.
3. Repeat the process until you use up all the crusts and cheese, and put the cheese, as explained in the first step, on every third crust.
4. Put the pies in an oven tray and cut them to the desired size before baking.
5. In the bowl where the cheese was, add the rest of the dressing and mix everything well.
6. Pour over the pie, sprinkle with sesame and bake at 200 degrees for about 35 minutes, or until golden brown.
