Quick and easy petit beurre chocolate cake

INGREDIENTS :

⦁ 30-40 shortbread cookies.
⦁ 2 eggs.
⦁ 200 g butter.
⦁ 100g sugar.
⦁ 1 bar of chocolate.
⦁ 1 coffee.

PREPARATION:

STEP 1
Start by lining your pan with parchment paper to make it easier to remove from the pan. Trim off any excess that sticks out of the mold.

STEP 2
Then prepare the coffee. Melt the butter in the microwave too. Reservations.

STEP 3
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar to whiten them.

STEP 4
When the mixture is foamy, add the cocoa powder and stir until smooth.

STEP 5
Finally, add the melted butter and stir one last time.

STEP 6
Using a spatula, add a thin layer of your chocolate mixture to the bottom of your mold.

STEP 7
Then place a layer of shortbread cookies on top.

STEP 8
Moisten them with a teaspoon or two of coffee.
