Quark crumble cake with vanilla cherry filling recipe

Beat the egg white until stiff. Fold the egg whites, cherries and half of the chocolate sprinkles into the quark mixture. Spread on the crumble base. Spread the remaining chocolate sprinkles on top.
Bake at 175 C° for approx. 1 hour. If necessary, cover the cake halfway through. After baking, let the cake cool in the springform pan.
