Quark cake yeast cakes with crumbles

Ingredients

590 g flour type 405
1 pinch of salt
1 packet of lemon peel
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

225 ml lukewarm milk
160 g sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 cube of yeast 42g
1 egg size M

2 El Amaretti
120 g soft butter
1 pinch of cinnamon
250 g low-fat curd

15 g vanilla pudding powder
2 egg yolks
15 tsp jam

Instructions

In a mixing bowl of a food processor or mixing bowl, mix 500 g flour, salt, lemon zest and vanilla extract.
Stir the 220 ml lukewarm milk, 60 g sugar and vanilla sugar into a small bowl. Crumble in the yeast and stir until dissolved.
