Quark cake without eggs and without baking recipe!

Place in the freezer (or in the refrigerator for a longer period of time) and let it solidify. When the mixture has set, it is topped with peach slices. Prepare the cake icing either with water or with the peach syrup or juice diluted with water and spread it on the cake.
Let it solidify. Store the cake in the refrigerator. Enjoy it!
